Role: Partner Store Onboarding Executive Location: Chennai (Zone-wise onboarding planned) Type: Full-Time Role Overview: The Partner Store Onboarding Executive is responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding potential Meat, seafood and butcher store partners within assigned zones in chennai. This role ensures that stores are seamlessly integrated into the Karichop platform, understand the karichop model, and are trained to fulfill Karichop orders using Karichop’s packaging and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Visit stores on Appointment basis. Identify and approach prospective partner Meat, Seafood, butcher stores within assigned areas Educate store owners on the Karichop Business model, benefits, and operational requirements Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings with potential partners Collect and verify documentation required for onboarding Provide training and support to ensure smooth integration into the Karichop app and processes Meet area-wise Appointment target, onboarding targets and weekly store activation goals Act as a Bridge between partner stores and Karichop, addressing queries and ensuring compliance with quality standards Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in field sales, store onboarding is preferred Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas Basic knowledge of technology and mobile apps Self-driven with the ability to meet weekly targets and deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
