- Handling store independently. - Establish store practices monitor same. Getting requirements from site persons and raising requirements, ensuring delivery of materials on time, and keeping data of materials received. - Verify quantity quality of materials received. - Maintaining store register and analysing stock on opening while closing, documenting same. - Maintaining records of GRN, delivery challans, inward/outward stamps, and inward/outward registers. - Keep records of invoices, and their supporting documents, forward them to the accounts department after verification. - Establish system of issue slips issuing materials, consumables accordingly. - Issuing gate passes for outgoing material keeping records. **Competencies**- Store management
