Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of apparel products.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints effectively.
• Train and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with senior management.
• Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 36 years of experience in apparel retail sales and store operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong sales orientation with proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising and retail operations.
