Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our Tardeo, South Mumbai location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, handling inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the store.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Handling the sales and assist the customers with the merchandise.
• Responsible for the stores- sales target achievement
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Prior experience in the retail industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
