Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the New Store Opening (NSO) process from development through project completion
Manage critical dates for NSO and onboarding activities
Interact with all organizational levels, including employees and external vendors
Resolve issues related to fixtures, signage, equipment, and supplies
Support store operating processes and in-store execution
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding store operational processes and procedures
Under managerial direction, develop and revise new store opening procedures
Collaborate directly with stores and field management to evaluate processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Support or manage other operations projects as assigned by the Director, Operation Services
Work on store layouts and coordinate branding
Facilitate interdepartmental coordination
Plan and tabulate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for stores
