STORE MANAGER- SALES

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Closure Management:

Take charge of the sales closing process to ensure timely and successful deals.

• Team Leadership and Motivation:

Lead and inspire the team to reach and surpass set goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:

Devise and execute effective sales strategies aimed at boosting growth and enhancing profitability.

• Sales Staff Training and Development:

Provide comprehensive training programs to enhance the performance of sales staff and facilitate their career progression within the organization.

Requirements:

Minimum 3- 4 proven experience in similar fields.

o MBA or equivalent in business management.

o Young , Energetic and Flexible

o Passionate in sales& sales closing.

o Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

o Strong Management skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
