Role Overview

LaundryMate is seeking a hands-on and people-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations of one of our service outlets. This role ensures smooth functioning, excellent customer experience, and consistent service quality aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations including pickup/drop schedules, garment handling, billing, and hygiene standards
Manage and train outlet staff washers, pressers, delivery executives
Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Ensure inventory tracking (detergents, tags, packaging) and equipment maintenance
Track performance metrics delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, repeat orders
Coordinate with central operations team on updates, promotions, and reporting

Skills & Requirements

Prior experience in laundry, hospitality, or retail operations
Strong people management and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with mobile apps and digital order management tools
