Store Manager More Supermarket

• Manage day-to-day store operations (sales, inventory, staff, and customer service).
• Ensure proper execution of inbound & outbound stock movements.
• Achieve sales, profit, and productivity targets.
• Monitor and control shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to maximize sales.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock, staff performance, and expenses.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff for better productivity and growth.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and HR teams for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time
