Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing garment stores, handling premium brands, and leading large sales teams.

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in premium garment retail brands like Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Peter England, Monte Carlo, Mufti, Polo, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete store operations including sales, stock, VM, cash handling, and reporting.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.

- Ensure Visual Merchandising and brand guidelines are followed consistently.

- Handle inventory management, replenishment, and shrinkage control.

- Track and analyze sales performance, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

- Maintain hygiene, discipline, and high service standards in the store.

- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as Store Manager in branded garment retail.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Result-driven with strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel, and retail reporting.

Job time :- 10:00 AM To 10:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
