Store Manager (Luxury / Jewellery)

As an Assistant Store Manager at our store located in Model Town, Jalandhar, you will play a crucial role in driving customer service excellence and ensuring the store's strategic goals and sales targets are met. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing store appearance, merchandise display, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures to enhance customer experience. - Maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory to achieve strategic goals. - Hiring, training, developing, and supervising staff to provide excellent customer service. - Providing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to the staff. - Coordinating daily staffing and staffing schedules efficiently. - Ensuring compliance with processes and practices set by Tyaani. - Performing administrative tasks to support smooth store operations. - Monitoring stock, inventory, and conducting quality assurance checks regularly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Experience in team management.
