Job Title: Store Manager

Salary: 1,00,000 to 1,70,000 per Month

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in luxury retail, with mandatory experience in a jewelry brand

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall store operations to ensure a smooth, luxury-driven customer experience.
Supervise, mentor, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Manage end-to-end client journey from welcome to final purchase — with attention to detail and discretion.
Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and ensure client retention through excellent service and follow-ups.
Maintain inventory control, manage high-value stock, and coordinate with corporate teams for replenishments and merchandising.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and store presentation.
Track sales metrics, team performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
Oversee the daily administration of the store including team schedules, SOPs, and security protocols.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically with a jewelry brand.
Strong leadership, people management, and sales coaching skills.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and building long-term client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English is essential.
Well-groomed, presentable, and brand-aligned in demeanor and communication.
Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of regional clientele preferences and local market is an added advantage.
