Store Manager Jewellery

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at WAHE Jewellery located in Gurugram and Noida. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. The role includes managing staff, maintaining store standards, handling customer queries and complaints, and implementing effective retail loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Prior experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
