🔹 Role Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
• Provide personalised styling and consultation to clients
• Lead the store team and ensure top-notch customer service
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Maintain store aesthetics, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Build strong client relationships and manage high-value clientele
• Handle billing, order coordination, and customer queries

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in fashion retail / luxury apparel
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and fits
• Ability to manage teams & multitask
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused
• Experience working with premium or bridal fashion brands is a plus
