Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager Electrical Engineer, located in Marmagao. The Store Manager Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service activities, and overseeing retail loss prevention. The role also includes maintaining communication with customers and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills with tally software knowlege
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the packaging machinery industry is a plus
