Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations with a focus on customer experience
• Lead, train & motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure high visual merchandising & display standards
• Handle high-profile clients and offer styling support
• Monitor inventory, billing, and store-level reporting

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in menswear retail (ethnic wear preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Customer-focused with a premium brand mindset
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
