Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer with a refined understanding of men’s Indo-Western and Western couture , strong command over embellishment techniques , and deep knowledge of high-end garment construction . The ideal candidate will be hands-on with draping, detailing, and material development, and capable of translating conceptual ideas into sharply tailored, fashion-forward pieces for men. The ideal candidate will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of our official website, ensuring a seamless user experience and strong e-commerce functionality. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Bharat Reshma website. Ensure website responsiveness, high performance, and cross-device compatibility. Develop and integrate advanced e-commerce features including payment gateways and checkout systems. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to update website content and promotional material. Optimize the website for SEO, speed, security, and overall user experience. Troubleshoot complex bugs and oversee regular website security and backup procedures. Mentor junior developers and help establish best practices. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in website development. Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.).
