Job Description

What purpose would you 'serve'

Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the store to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient order processing and fulfillment along with excellent customer experience.
Create and manage efficient staff schedules to ensure peak-time readiness while controlling labor costs.
Build and motivate a competent store team through effective training, leadership, and performance management to meet organisation goals.
Continuously analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for greater productivity.
Ensure the stores sanity, organization, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

What you need to bring to the 'table'

A sharp, analytical mindset and solid problem solving skills.
Good understanding of last-mile delivery, store ops, and inventory management.
Clear communicator who can manage people and operations smoothly.
Ready to take ownership and get things done.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in premium or luxury retail understanding of high-end products and customer expectations.
A strong focus on quality and attention to detail (not just speed!).
A polished, well-groomed personality capable of managing day-to-day operations and vendor interactions effectively.
