* Maintain accurate stock levels of all spare parts and accessories.
* Perform regular stock audits and physical verification.
* Forecast parts requirements based on service demand and market trends.
* Manage slow-moving and fast-moving parts efficiently.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of parts.
* Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and supply schedules.
* Ensure quality and authenticity of purchased parts.
* Assist walk-in customers and service advisors with part identification and availability.
* Generate sales invoices and maintain customer records.
* Handle customer complaints related to parts availability or quality.
