Job Description

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Delivery Challans, Invoices, and Purchase Orders.
Record materials received and issued in registers/software on a daily basis.
Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, theft, or deterioration.
Issue materials to site engineers/supervisors against approved requisitions.
Maintain minimum stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment in advance.
Tag, label, and arrange materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
Maintain accurate stock ledgers, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and consumption reports.
Coordinate with the purchase department, accounts, and site team for material requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies in store operations.
Keep the store area clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
