Store Keeper

to manage the store and material department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, handling inward & outward materials, preparing documentation, and supporting production requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Receive materials from vendors and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Maintain daily inward & outward stock entries.
Update and verify stock records in Excel / Tally / ERP system.
Ensure correct stocking, categorization, and preservation of materials.
Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirement.
Prepare and maintain delivery challans, purchase orders, e-way bills.
Conduct periodical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams.
Maintain 5S and safety practices in the store.
