Job Description

Company

Receive, inspect, and store UAV components, raw materials, and accessories.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling, preservation, and storage of sensitive and specialized UAV components.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
Manage documentation including GRNs, stock registers, and issue/return logs.
Ensure compliance with DGQA and other defence-related quality and safety standards.
Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.
Adhere to 5S, housekeeping, and safety protocols in the store area.

Qualifications & Experience

Education
: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields (DME/DEE/BE), or a relevant diploma/degree in Procurement/Purchasing and Supply.
Experience
: 8 to 10 years in store operations, inventory management, and material handling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).
Knowledge of material handling, documentation (GRNs, stock registers), and stock reconciliation.
Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory controls.
Competency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Commitment to safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
