Job Description

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store. Regularly update stock registers/ERP and monitor stock levels. Conduct physical stock verification on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Issue materials to departments against proper requisition or approval. Check and verify materials received from suppliers with purchase orders and invoices. Report shortage, excess, or damaged material to management immediately. Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for timely material availability. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area. Prepare daily/weekly store reports and submit them to management.
