Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Effectively manage and lead the team to achieve operational goals.
Ensure the proper maintenance of received RM/PM and AH product packing materials in

accordance with approved SOPs.

Oversee the washing of factory clothes and monitor the associated costs.
Draft, update, and train subordinates on SOPs as required.
Ensure and monitor the receipt, issue, and accurate accounting of store transactions in ERP.
Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for sampling of materials (RM/PM).
Monitor and maintain inventory safety levels and manage indenting processes.
Ensure the timely and accurate receipt and issue of material requirements.
Perform receipt checks against Purchase Orders (POs) using a checklist.
Ensure proper record-keeping and ISO documentation compliance for store operations.
Uphold and enforce good store practices to support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).ities
