Job Description

Store In charge Fire Fighting Projects : 1. Handling store material details. 2. Maintaining Inward/ Outward Material Entries. 3. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders. 4. Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders. 5. Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 6. Maintains records of all deliveries. 7. Send GRN once the material has been loaded in store. (Maximum within 48 hrs) 8. Reading the material as per our company and client requirements and receiving the materials. 9. Maintaining bills, challans, etc. related to materials in store. 10. Managing funds for day-to-day store material expenses. 11. Providing material to the Contractors post approval from Engineers. 12. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. 13. Reconciliation of all material on weakly bases(BILLABLE AND NON BILLABLE) IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCE: EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: · H.S.C. · Graduate (Preferred but not mandatory) CERTIFICATES/ SKILL SETS: · Any other certification EXPERIENCE: · Minimum 1 year of work experience in the relevant field. OTHER PROFICIENCY: · Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills · Leadership skills · Excellent co-ordination skills · Good writing skills REPORTING AUTHORITY: · Site Incharge Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
