Store In Charge

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Store In-Charge. The Store In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure proper stock replenishment.
• Oversee the merchandising of products, ensuring attractive displays and accurate product labeling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Train and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor sales performance and work to meet sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring it is safe and welcoming for customers.
• Handle cash management, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales reports.
