Store Executive

Role Overview: As a Store Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, and assuring the quality of goods. You will also be responsible for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance, as well as organizing and maintaining the inventory and storage area. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and tracking inventory, including checking the storage area - Keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory - Planning materials and preparing inventory reports - Continuously monitoring proper inventory levels - Coordinating inter-departmentally for requirements - Ensuring shipments and inventory transactions accuracy - Communicating job expectations and coaching employees - Determining staffing levels and assigning workload - Identifying areas of improvement and establishing innovative or adjusting existing work procedures and practices - Conferring and coordinating activities with other departments Qualification Required: - Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor - Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office - Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques - Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data - Hands-on commitment to getting the job done - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills Please note that additional information was not provided in the job description.,
