Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Material Monitoring & Coordination

Oversee incoming materials and lot issue processes for plating, outside suppliers, and in-house assembly.
Coordinate with production for timely lot receipt/issue and moulding requirements.
Work closely with the purchase department to ensure availability of required materials.

Logistics & Warehouse Movement

Manage material movement to assemblers warehouse and monitor tempo cost.
Handle end-to-end operations for
6 Channels (DIN Rail)
from order receipt to dispatch.

ERP & Documentation

Update ERP systems with assembler-related data (rates, routes, order details).
Maintain accurate documentation for receipts, issues, and dispatches.

Costing & Inventory Management

Calculate moulding labour process rates for cost analysis.
Maintain buffer stock for uninterrupted production and operations.
Control inventory of raw materials, packing boxes, consumables, and other store items.

Dispatch & Coordination

Plan dispatches in collaboration with the marketing department.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatches as per production/customer schedules.

Stock & Process Control

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with ledger records.
Implement and sustain
5S activities
for efficient store management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of inventory control & warehouse management
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Proficiency in material costing & labour rate calculations
Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of 5S principles and lean store practices
Strong organizational and planning abilities
