Store Executive - Hotel

As a Store Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage the hotel's inventory efficiently, ensuring that all materials, supplies, and equipment are received, stored, and issued in an organized and timely manner. You will play a crucial role in maintaining proper stock control, accurate documentation, and adherence to hotel standards and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials. - Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed. - Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records. - Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all items. - Verify quantities and quality of goods received against purchase orders and invoices. - Properly document and approve all receipts and issues. - Maintain records of daily store transactions and submit reports to the accounts department. - Support the finance team in monthly stock audits and cost control measures. - Prevent pilferage, wastage, and ensure the FIFO (First In, First Out) method in all storage areas. - Maintain all related documents such as GRN (Goods Received Note), Issue Slips, and Return Notes. - Liaise with various departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, etc.) for material requirements. - Provide management with reports on inventory consumption and cost analysis. - Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with hotel safety and hygiene standards. - Follow HACCP guidelines for perishable and non-perishable items.
