Job Description

As an SPE-Store&Enterprise Helpdesk professional with 2 to 6 years of experience, your role will involve providing exceptional support to store and enterprise helpdesk operations to ensure seamless service delivery. You will oversee the resolution of technical issues to enhance the overall customer experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service desk processes and efficiency. Analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and monitoring service desk performance metrics will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, assist in training team members, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, troubleshoot complex issues promptly, and engage with customers to provide tailored solutions. Supporting store operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience offerings are also part of your role.
