We are currently seeking a dedicated Store & Dispatch Supervisor for a full-time on-site position based in Neemrana. The Store & Dispatch Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing and supervising store and dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities of this role include coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and guaranteeing timely deliveries. Collaboration with team members to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency will also be a key focus for the supervisor. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong supervisory skills and prior experience in dispatching. Effective communication and outstanding customer service skills are essential for success in this role. A thorough understanding of DOT regulations, excellent organizational abilities, and proficient time management skills are also required. The ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment is crucial, and prior experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
