Job Description

Position Summary

The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining, managing, and organizing the company's inventory and stock levels. This role ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials are accurately recorded, stored safely, and issued in a timely manner to support smooth operations.

Key Skills

Inventory Management
Accurate stock recording, monitoring, and reconciliation.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Preparing orders, ensuring timely delivery.
ERP / Software Knowledge
– Ability to use inventory or warehouse management systems.
FIFO / FEFO Knowledge
– Proper stock rotation to maintain quality.
Documentation & Record Keeping
– Maintaining GRNs, dispatch notes, invoices, and stock registers.
Attention to Detail
– Spotting discrepancies, avoiding stock mismatches.
Time Management
– Meeting dispatch deadlines and handling multiple orders.
Communication Skills
– Coordinating with production, sales, accounts, and transporters.
Problem Solving
– Handling shortages, damages, or urgent dispatch needs.
