Store Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with the SOP for daily stores operations, including material in, material out, and inventory control. This will involve managing material receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, verifying, and other stores-related activities both physically and through the Inventory Management Software. Additionally, you will keep all stores related records up to date and work in coordination with the local site team of other departments and the central purchase team. Your role will also include identifying improvement opportunities in processes for continuous improvement and reporting any incidents of material damage, misuse, theft, or missing immediately. Furthermore, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the organization's facilities to ensure all systems are functioning properly. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 100% compliance with SOP for daily stores operations - Manage material receiving, issuing, transferring, returning, verifying, and other stores-related activities - Keep stores related records up to date - Coordinate with local site team of other departments and central purchase team - Identify improvement opportunities in processes - Report incidents of material damage, misuse, theft, or missing - Oversee daily operations and maintenance of organization's facilities Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of experience in a similar role - Minimum educational requirement of 12th standard pass - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Good mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, and others - Excellent computer skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Emails, Excel, and Word Additional Details: N/A,
