Job Description

·

Maintain proper receipt, storage, and issue of hospital materials and consumables.
Ensure accurate stock records in both manual registers and software systems.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Verify MIN, invoices, and delivery challans against purchase orders.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, pharmacy, and user departments for timely supply.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and submit reports to management.
Identify slow-moving, non-moving, expired, or damaged items and report promptly.
Issue materials only against authorized requisitions.
Prepare monthly consumption, stock, and pending indent reports.
Handle emergency requirements and ensure critical items availability at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management.
Maintain Courier register, online store bills daily wise.
Follow up payment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
