Store Assistant

Position: Store Executive
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Looking for freshers or candidate with 2–4 years experience in retail (furniture experience will be an added advantage)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Mumbai store. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail or store management, preferably in the furniture industry. This role involves handling store functions, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams based in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with internal teams for replenishment.
• Ensure proper display, upkeep, and cleanliness of the store.
• Handle documentation related to stock movement, sales, and store activities.
• Support sales activities by providing accurate product and inventory information.
• Coordinate with internal teams in Goa for timely communication and operational alignment.
• Assist in implementing company policies and processes at the store level.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory, or retail management.
• Experience in the furniture/retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
