Store Assistant

As an Inventory Management Specialist, your role will involve handling various tasks related to inventory management, material issuance, stock monitoring, quality control, documentation, safety compliance, and tool and equipment management. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials such as aluminium profiles, sheets, and fabrication tools - Maintaining accurate records of stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management - Issuing materials to fabrication teams based on production requirements to minimize downtime - Regularly monitoring stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and coordinating with procurement for replenishment - Inspecting incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications and reporting any discrepancies or damages - Maintaining accurate documentation of material receipts, issues, and stock movements - Ensuring all materials are stored in compliance with safety standards, including proper labeling and segregation of hazardous materials - Assisting in the management of tools and equipment used in the fabrication process to ensure they are properly maintained and available when needed Additionally, the company provides benefits such as food, day shift schedule, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and requires proficiency in English.
