About the Role

We are a growing departmental store looking for energetic and reliable staff to join our team. The role involves customer service, billing, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Operate billing counter (POS training provided)
• Stock shelves, arrange products, check expiry/MRP
• Load/unload goods, lift cartons (up to 20 kg)
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
• Assist with receiving deliveries and daily stock checks
• Work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years
• Ability to work 9-hour shifts (day/evening)
• Physically fit to handle stocking and lifting
• Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly
• Retail/store experience preferred, but freshers welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10000- ₹12000/month
• Free accommodation provided
• Weekly off (rotational)

Job Schedule

• Duty: 9 hours per day
• 6 days a week (rotational shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
