Digital Marketer – Social Media & Content

Job Summary

Gravity Studio is a creative agency based in Guwahati, looking for a Digital Marketer to handle social media content, content calendars, and client communication. This is a hands-on role ideal for freshers or junior candidates who are eager to learn and grow in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
• Brainstorm and write captions, hashtags, and post ideas
• Collaborate with the design team to align visuals with content
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Research trends, reels, and competitor content for inspiration
• Communicate with clients for feedback, approvals, and content alignment
• Talk to potential clients (via call or messages) about basic service offerings
• Maintain professionalism while managing ongoing client discussions and queries

Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (and Hindi/Assamese is a plus)
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Comfortable using Canva, Google Sheets, and social scheduling tools (Later, Meta Suite, etc.)
• Ability to handle client communication confidently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be based in Guwahati or willing to relocate

Job Details

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
• Work Location: On-site at Gravity Studio, Guwahati
