Job Description

Receive electrical materials as per PO and Delivery Challan
Check quantity, specification, make, and physical condition
Report shortages, damages, or mismatches immediatel
Maintain inward, outward, and balance stock records (Register/ERP/Excel)
Ensure minimum stock levels and raise indent on time
Assist in periodic physical stock verification
Issue material only against approved Material Requisition Slip (MRS)
Ensure correct quantity and material issued
Maintain issue records and material traceability
Proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials
Maintain FIFO for consumables (cables, lugs, fasteners, etc.)
Keep store clean, safe, and audit-ready
Maintain GRN, delivery challans, issue slips, return notes
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock status reports
Support internal and external audits
Follow safety norms for electrical material storage
Ensure use of PPE and safe material handling
Prevent material damage, theft, or misuse

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
