Store Assistant

As a Storekeeper, your primary role will involve receiving and verifying incoming materials, fabrics, and accessories in accordance with purchase orders. You will be responsible for labeling, tagging, and storing materials correctly in designated locations. Additionally, issuing raw materials and consumables to production departments based on approved requisitions will be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and verify incoming materials, fabrics, and accessories - Label, tag, and store materials in designated locations - Issue raw materials and consumables to production departments - Maintain updated records of receipts, issues, and stock balances - Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records - Assist in preparing monthly stock reports and audits - Ensure safe handling and storage of materials - Coordinate with purchase and production departments for inventory requirements - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area - Follow company safety protocols and standard operating procedures Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in storekeeping or similar role - Knowledge of inventory management practices - Familiarity with ERP software is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Good communication skills In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, you will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis at the designated work location.
