The Kuravankonam city outlet brings these fresh, farm-grown products directly to urban customers, combining farm authenticity with city convenience.

About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Store Assistant for our farm outlet. The role covers customer service, hygiene, billing, product display, order coordination, and event support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Offer tastings and explain product benefits.
• Take customer orders (in-person/phone).
• Send orders to the farm for processing.
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle billing, UPI/cash transactions & daily sales logs.
• Restock shelves and manage attractive product displays.
• Support farm promotions at the store, stalls, and events.
• Receive stock, verify quality & report low inventory.
• Coordinate social media activities as and when required.

We’re looking for a person that has the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail/customer service/store operations.
• Polite, friendly, customer-oriented behaviour.
• Good communication in Malayalam; English is an advantage.
• Honest, punctual, reliable and well-groomed.
• Basic maths and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to stand for long hours and manage physical tasks.
