Store Assistant

You will be responsible for assisting in the receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods. Your primary duties will include maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical stock verification, and ensuring proper tagging, labeling, and systematic storage of materials. Additionally, you will be required to prepare GRNs, issue slips, and handle related store documentation. In this role, you will need to coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments to facilitate smooth operations. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area will be essential, along with assisting in monthly/yearly stock audits. To succeed in this position, you should possess basic knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and attention to detail are crucial. You must also be able to work effectively in a team and under supervision. This is a full-time job with a rotational shift schedule. Proficiency in English is preferred, and day shift availability is preferred as well. The work location is in person at Gandhidham, Gujarat.
