Store Accounts Executive( Fresher)

Job Summary
A Store Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing the financial operations within a retail or wholesale store. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports. The executive is also tasked with coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities and Duties

• To prepare GRN and Issue Note.
• To issue of materials as per production plan and as per day to day production department.
• Daily stock verification and shortage of materials.
• Daily stock statement.
• Daily inward, outward statement.
• Making of slip raw material.
• MIS Report.
• Planning for all required RM/PM materials according to production plan and raise PO to approved vendor.
• Co-ordinating with vendor for supply of RM/PM materials accurately.
• Maintaining FIFO for all raw materials and packing materials.

Key Skills
Computer literacy is must like word, excel, power point., Hindi, English, kannada, Experience in pharma industry

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Pharmacy

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 6 months -1 years of prior experience in accounts preferably with Pharma experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
