Storage L2 Tech Engineer

As a Storage L2 Tech Engineer in Bangalore, you will be responsible for providing remote storage hardware and software support to MC Customers, Field CE's, Escalation Engineers, and Reseller/VAR. Your role will involve diagnosing and solving incidents/issues via phone and email, performing problem resolution, and interfacing with onsite engineers, account support managers, and escalation and elevation management. You will need to demonstrate a mission-critical mindset and work efficiently to identify the cause of the issue promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Provide immediate technical response and expertise in restoring customer high availability environments - Develop and document clear action plans to resolve issues, even with limited information - Keep customers/account team updated on all action plans and developments during the resolution process - Deliver timely solutions to customer issues and ensure defined SLAs for response and resolution time are met/exceeded - Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as L2, L3, Labs, Call Management, and Resource Control for timely issue resolution - Participate in or prepare Post-Incident Reviews with ASM/Account Team as required - Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting skills on tape libraries, library management software, SAN connectivity, backup software, etc., including log analysis Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech or Master's Degree in Technical Discipline - 4-5 years of experience in IT environment support - Professional certifications mandatory: A+, Server+ - Preferred certifications: MCSE, CCNA, or similar technical field certifications If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly provide the following details: - Total Years of experience - Relevant Years of experience - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Alternate email id - Alternate contact number - Highest qualification & year of passing - Current Location - Preferred Location - Immediate Joiner (Yes/No) Interested candidates can share their updated resume to solti.v@anlage.co.in.,
