Stock Plan Administrator

As a Stock Plan Administrator at Zscaler, you will be an integral part of the Global Equity team responsible for administering employee stock ownership plans. Working under the guidance of the Senior Stock Administrator, your primary duties will involve handling various aspects of stock option administration in compliance with both local and international regulations. This includes educating and supporting employees on stock plan features, options, and reporting processes. Your role will also entail maintaining accurate records of stock plan transactions, such as grants, exercises, and cancellations. You will be required to generate and analyze reports related to stock plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with international reporting standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to support the implementation and administration of stock plans on a global scale. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with external vendors and auditors to ensure smooth operations and compliance. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in stock plan administration, focusing on international regulations, is required. Experience in administering stock plans for a global corporation will be advantageous. Proficiency in using stock plan management software, such as Equity Edge Online, is preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are key attributes that will make you stand out in this role.
