Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Handle sales of financial/advisory products & services.
* Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
* Explain stock market products, investment plans, and trading strategies to clients.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Coordinate with the research team to provide clients with relevant insights.
* Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 month of experience in sales within the stock market domain
* Must have worked in an advisory / broking Firm.
* Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, and financial markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets.
* Self-motivated, with a result-oriented approach.
Education
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance background preferred).

* Salary: Competitive, with hike on last drawn salary
* Attractive incentives based on performance.
(Employees achieving 50% of their monthly target will be eligible for a 5% incentive, while those achieving 100% of the target will receive a 10% incentive).
