Role Overview: As an Equity Dealer, your primary responsibility will be to communicate trading calls and investing ideas to customers. You must have a thorough knowledge of all exchange rules, regulations, and compliances. Advising clients based on research calls, generating brokerage and volume, and trading on behalf of clients are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to identify new revenue streams, maintain relationships with existing clients, and develop new leads through references. Achieving revenue generation targets and client activation goals are key objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate trading calls and investing ideas to customers - Ensure compliance with exchange rules and regulations - Advise clients based on research calls - Generate brokerage and volume - Trade on behalf of clients, keeping them informed about market outlook and trade details - Identify new revenue streams and maintain relationships with existing clients - Develop relationships with clients and generate leads through references - Achieve revenue generation and client activation targets - Cross sell third party products such as Life Insurance and Mutual Funds Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduation - Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Equity Dealing are desirable Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, located in Noida.
