Stock Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory operations at solar project sites and warehouse. Your role will involve managing stock movement and inventory of solar materials such as panels, inverters, cables, and structures. You will track stock usage, reorder levels, and maintain accurate stock registers. Additionally, you will coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams for material dispatches and ensure proper storage, safety, and identification of all stock materials. Implementing stock control systems to minimize wastage or damage will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Regular stock audits, verification, and reporting will also be part of your duties. Maintaining digital inventory records using tools like Tally, Excel, or ERP is preferred. Furthermore, you will support logistics and material planning for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree (Diploma/Engineering background preferred) along with 3+ years of relevant experience in stock or store management. Strong knowledge of solar equipment/materials is considered a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, or other inventory tools, as well as excellent coordination and communication skills, are essential qualifications.
