Steward - F&B Service

A Steward in Food & Beverage (F&B) is the face of a restaurant or dining establishment. They are responsible for providing a top-notch dining experience by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.

Their main duties include:

• Greeting and Seating: Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
• Order Management: Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and take food and drink orders accurately.
• Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Problem Resolution: Handle any guest concerns or complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Payment Processing: Accurately process payments and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a detailed knowledge of the menu.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
