Job Description

Banyan Paradise Resort – Vadodara, Gujarat

We are hiring proactive Stewards to join our hospitality team for the wedding and event season. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to guests at our banquet halls and outdoor lawns.

Responsibilities

Provide warm welcomes and attentive food and beverage service to guests.
Set up tables, linens, and cutlery for weddings, conferences, and parties.
Clear tables promptly and maintain strict hygiene standards in dining areas.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a smooth flow during large-scale functions.

Requirements

Minimum 10th or 12th standard pass; freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati; basic understanding of English is preferred.
Excellent grooming standards and a polite professional manner.
Physical fitness to handle long shifts in a fast-paced resort environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late-night events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
