Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sterilization Technician located in Navi Mumbai. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for cleaning, decontaminating, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and equipment. Responsibilities also include ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols, organizing operating room supplies, and maintaining medical equipment to meet hospital standards. The technician will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to prioritize patient safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Formulation of SOPs for the CSSD department.
• Science graduate with a diploma/degree in CSSD.
• Proficiency in Decontamination and Sterilization techniques
• Experience in Infection Control and maintaining hygiene standards
• Familiarity with Operating Room procedures and requirements
• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in sterile processing or related field is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience of 5-6 years in a healthcare setting or hospital is an advantage
